Due to the nature of our business, all items are final sale.. All disclaimers will be announced before purchasing. If you have any other questions, it is the buyer's responsibility to ask before purchasing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (due to shipping) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
Refunds
If your item gets damaged during shipping, reach out to us at harperhillsantiques@gmail.com with the shipping number and photos of the damaged box (due to shipping). If applicable, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
